よりyour evening/your 'E'than (comparison)

"How was your evening, dear?" Jerry's wife asked as he walked in the door.

"Awful." he responded abruptly.

"Well, it must have been better than my evening." Jerry's wife said with extra emphasis on the word "my".

"Hm." Jerry grunted. He wasn't in the mood for comparing evenings with his wife.

"Jerry Jr. got in trouble again." she said in a matter-of-fact tone. It seemed that he wasn't escaping this conversation this evening.

"What was it this time?" Jerry sighed as he plopped down on the couch.

"He got into your E stash. I wish you would hide your drugs better."

"Again?" Jerry was a little more alert now. "I thought he had his own stash of drugs?"

"I think he was trying to impress a girl at the party he went to. He probably thought that bringing your E would make him look more exotic and interesting than if he brought a little bag of his marijuana." Mrs. Jerry seemed to be enjoying herself.

"But why didn't he pilfer your E? Doesn't he know that you have your own pills?" Jerry didn't think that it was fair that this always happened to him.

"That's probably because your E is much easier to get at than mine. You really shouldn't leave it just lying around like that."

"Weren't you going to tell me about how your evening was more hectic than mine? All you've told me so far is why mine has been more hectic than yours." Jerry regretted saying it as soon as he'd said it.

Jerry's wife's eyes lit up. This was the chance she'd been waiting for. "For starters, I couldn't send out any of the messages I needed to because your E-mail account is harder to use than the one I use at work. And I couldn't print out your E-ticket for your business trip tomorrow because this new airline is so much more confusing than the one you normally fly. And I didn't have anything to keep myself occupied with because your E-books are so much more boring than mine..."

So, dear reader, if you think that your evening was bad, it couldn't have been worse than the ones that Jerry has...
